    Eating right and exercising now can really effect how we feel years down the road. Starting a good routine and sticking with it is important. Fruits vegetables and meats in the proper proportions will keep us healthy. Daily activities such as walking, jogging, swimming and biking will help keep your motabolism up and keep you looking and feeling younger and healthier.

    If you have health problems that you have no control over, it is important to see a doctor and take what they have to say seriously. Take all medicines and pills when you are supposed to and only when you are supposed to.

    Make your strive towards a healthy life a family effort. It is always easier to accomplish a task with the help of a friend or family member. Get them motivated to share the same health goals that you may have and stick with it. It is work, and its not always easy, but it will be worth it in the long run.
